I like the low and high modes - low is adequate for key-chain use and campsite utility while high is nice and bright for occasional use, ensuring prolonged battery life. Unfortunately the modes seem to alternate so if the torch is used on low, the next time you turn it on it will be on high. This is particularly annoying when using low mode to preserve night vision and turning it off between uses... I read in some review that this resets after 2 seconds but it appears to occur if you wait less than about 120 seconds (timing this is hard to verify). Pros: • Nice solid machined feel but very light too • Takes common AAA batteries • Includes a Glow in the Dark dot on tail as well as trit and Glow in the Dark o-ring in lens housing • Magnet is removable if you are worried about it affecting your magnetic cards • Includes a removable steel pocket clip - not shown in product photos. • Good combination of low/high modes for my purposes Cons: • Battery chamber is too small to hold protected 10440 cells eg.UltraFire 500mAh - the threads don’t even meet with one inside • Magnet is barely strong enough to hold weight of torch with an eneloop battery - it can’t hold onto a vertical surface (i.e. with torch projecting out horizontally) • Alternating mode “memory” • Doesn’t include the key-ring clip shown in product photos. The “clip” mentioned in the description is a removable pocket clip... (the key-ring clip visible in my review photos is my own and was not supplied)

Бренду D.Q.G. не хватает немного качества в финальной отделке поверхностей. Токарка выглядит немного грубовато. Но свет очень хороший, хоть и не Hi-CRI, но приятно нейтрально-тёплый, с хорошим распределением центрального спота и боковой засветки.
